How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profil → Paramètres → Supprimer le compte. You can also email support@deutschfit.app to request deletion.
How do I change my exam board or level?
Open the app → Profil → Paramètres → Parcours d’examen.
Why is my Schreiben/Sprechen score different from my last attempt?
Each evaluation is graded independently against the official rubrics for your exam board and level. Scores reflect that specific submission, not your overall progress.
